- Schedule of openings (doors, windows, ventilators)

- 2D furniture layout
- Complete 3D Interior design for fixed elements only (excluding loose furniture)
- Up to 10 drawing revisions for floor plans prior to commencement of construction
- Up to 3 design revisions for interiors
- Final as-built drawing set and project photo documentation post-handover.
